Saskatchewan PNP Latest Draw: SINP Invitations and Requirements

SINP Streams

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has several streams. **Express Entry** is for candidates already in the federal Express Entry pool. Saskatchewan selects from the pool and issues invitations; a nomination adds 600 CRS points. **Occupation In-Demand** is for skilled workers without a job offer, in occupations that Saskatchewan has identified as in-demand. **Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot** targets specific lower-skilled roles. **Entrepreneur** and **Farm Owner/Operator** streams are for business investors. SINP uses its own points grid—different from the federal CRS—so your SINP score may differ from your CRS. You must create an Expression of Interest (EOI) in the SINP portal and be invited to apply.

Draw Frequency

SINP holds regular EOI draws, often monthly or more frequently. Check the SINP website for the latest draw results, which show: the stream, the date, the number of invitations, the minimum points required, and sometimes the invited NOC codes. Occupation demand drives invitations—some occupations are invited at lower points than others. Draw patterns can shift with labour market needs.

Next Steps

If you receive an invitation, you typically have a limited time (often 60 days) to submit a full application with all supporting documents. Missing the deadline means you lose the invitation. Prepare your documents in advance: education credentials, work experience letters, language results, proof of funds, and any Saskatchewan-specific requirements. Incomplete applications can be rejected. Once you receive a nomination, you'll have 60 days to accept it in your Express Entry account and then submit your PR application to IRCC.
